We are committed to developing and building solid relationships with our partners and clients, including our most important partnership – Our people.About the roleWe are looking for a Branch Supervisor to successfully lead our Newcastle installers.Supporting the Branch Manager you will be accountable for leading several crews plus subcontractors from a fixed location.
You will oversee the daily operations of the branch including:Leadership and mentorship of the crewsOperations – ensuring day-to-day business activities run effectively and liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, P&C;, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvementWorking closely with the operations teams to coordinate and plan daily/weekly installation & dismantle schedules for crewsCompliance; ensuring quality product installation and dismantlesCoordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training, including onsiteBuildsafe customer representative; onsite customer visits, measuring and estimating when neededDriving Buildsafe Workplace Culture – fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramountAbout youYou will be a leader who has experience running multiple crews, and who leads from the front and by example, whilst possessing a high level of personal drive, ownership and professionalism.Skills & Key AttributesStrong leadership skillsScaffold experience and management of crews (highly regarded)Previous experience with onsite supervisionSound level of computer skillsHigh level of organisation and time management skillsProblem solver and solution focusedCustomer service – Experience dealing with Builders & supervisorsWhat Buildsafe can offer youWeekly pay + bonus schemeChoice of a work phone or phone allowanceExcellent team environmentWe are committed to providing a platform for individuals to succeed both personally and professionally.
