Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed revenue and margin targets Grow share of wallet across an established and expanding customer base Build and maintain trusted relationships with producers and retail partners Identify herd improvement opportunities through genetics and breeding programs Drive adoption of innovative products and technologies Identify and convert new business opportunities Represent Genetics Australia at field days, industry events and producer forums Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform strategy Maintain disciplined pricing and utilise CRM tools to track performance About You You are a commercially savvy, relationship-driven professional with a passion for agriculture and delivering results. You bring: Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the agricultural sector Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving sales and margin targets The ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor with customers Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills A proactive, resilient and outcomes-focused mindset Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches Desirable: Background in Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field Knowledge of beef genetics, breeding or herd management Why Join Genetics Australia?
