Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, assisting multiple teams, and ensuring operational tasks run smoothly.
The Operations Support Assistant will work closely with operations, finance, and administrative teams to provide accurate, timely, and efficient support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining internal records
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation
* Support procurement, invoicing, and basic finance tasks as required
* Respond to internal queries and follow up on action items
* Help improve operational processes and workflows
* Perform general office and operational duties as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in operations, administration, or office support (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience using CRM, ERP, or operations management systems
* Exposure to basic accounting or reporting tasks

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
