Job Summary
A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is required to work in a commercial building. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
The role involves carrying out mechanical maintenance, including tasks such as pumps, motors, seals, bearings, emergency lighting, air conditioning, chillers, water treatment, and plumbing.
The engineer will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining BMS systems and UPS systems.
Requirements
* Mechanical qualification (C&G or NVQ)
* Proven track record in building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* Multi-skilled - mechanical and electrical
* Knowledge of UPS, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and HV/LV
Working Hours and Contract Duration
* Monday to Friday
* 8am-5pm
* Temp contract duration
