The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are seeking a Program Administrator to join the MQ‑28 Ghost Bat Production Facility currently being built at Wellcamp Toowoomba, QLD.
In this role you will be part of a team that builds something that matters, grow with a high-performing team, and leave a legacy in Australian defence manufacturing

Liaise and coordinate stakeholders between Boeing entitie

Managing key communication tools such Coordination Memos and Distribution Lists for the sit

Supporting with local recruitment events in the Toowoomba regio

Granting access to digital tools through approved workflow

Monitoring group mailboxes, group calendars and distributing external requests to the appropriate personne

Support the Leadership Team with general administrative dutiesAt all times, engage and interact with team members at every level to support program operatio

Who we're looking for:
Experience in an Administration or Coordinator role
* .
Intermediate MS suite skills and experience
* .
Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business
* .
Ability to solve problems, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast changing situations
* .
A willingness to lear
