Overview
This role is ideal for a skilled video editor with deep expertise in Davinci Resolve Cloud, seeking a remote freelance prospect for a personal project. You will manage the entire post-production workflow, from downloading proxies to final delivery, ensuring all editing, graphics, and effects are executed exclusively within Davinci Resolve. The project requires a detail-oriented professional who can create compelling titles, edit dialogue seamlessly, and integrate B-roll and graphics using Fusion. Responsibilities
Download and manage proxy files for efficient remote editing
Edit video content to current industry standards using Davinci Resolve Cloud
Create and integrate titles, dialogue edits, B-roll, and graphics within the Resolve environment
Apply graphics and effects using Fusion, ensuring all elements are completed in Resolve
Deliver a polished final video ready for distribution
Requirements
Proven experience editing with Davinci Resolve Cloud, including Fusion for graphics and effects
Strong understanding of industry-standard editing practices and workflows
Ability to work independently and manage remote post-production tasks efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection for downloading/uploading large files and collaborating remotely
Availability for a single project with potential for follow-up work
