I'm currently partnering with a well-established piling and foundation specialist delivering projects across the renewable energy, TMR and bridge sectors nationwide. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead FIFO projects across Australia.
This is a full-time FIFO position operating on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster, with flights and accommodation provided.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery from contract award through to final handover. You'll be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning full project P&L and driving commercial performance
* Managing programs and pushing recovery where required
* Leading site teams to deliver safely, on time and on budget
* Handling variations, EOTs and contractual risk
* Acting as the key client interface
* Overseeing subcontractors, procurement and compliance
About You
* Proven delivery experience within piling and foundation projects
* Exposure to renewable energy, TMR or bridge projects highly regarded
* Experience working on remote or FIFO projects
* A track record of delivering projects to time and budget
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
* Willingness to work a 3:1 FIFO roster
