We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Governance Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality strategies, governance frameworks, and quality plans across our facilities. This role will also involve developing and delivering quality dashboards and metrics with clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.

* Ensure effective implementation of new national quality and legislative guidance.
* Provide expert advice on quality, compliance, and governance to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* To have a strong focus on clinical governance, ideally in aged care.
* To have advanced knowledge of the Aged Care industry, relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and industry trends.
* To interpret new national quality and legislative guidance, ensuring effective local implementation and policy management.
* To provide expert advice on quality, compliance, and governance to senior leaders, fostering a culture of best practice and risk management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* To have advanced knowledge of the Aged Care industry, relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and industry trends.
* To have demonstrated experience in quality, risk, and governance.
* To have a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Common Standards, Disability Services Standards and NDIS, Human Services Quality Framework, Aged Care Accreditation and Quality Agency, and a sound knowledge of, and sensitivity to, the range of issues impacting upon vulnerable people and their support networks.
* To have demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including service users, families, co-agencies, and funding bodies.
* To have a valid Australian drivers' licence.
