THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and other Key Executives, the Hospital Coordinator will be responsible for the overall operational needs of the hospital inclusive of outside of business hours. You will also promote exceptional, best practice nursing care to ensure improved outcomes and industry leading patient experiences. Requirements RN Div 1 with current AHPRA registration and extensive hospital experience Previous experience leading or managing a department Skills and knowledge around Accreditation and NSQH standards Experience with privacy and confidentiality legislation The ability to manage conflict, performance manage staff and coordinate resource allocation What's in it for you?
