Our client is a global healthcare technology provider that supports digital transformation across hospitals, pathology, diagnostic imaging, and connected care environments. They work with public and private healthcare organisations across Australia and New Zealand to deliver clinical and digital health solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a commercially driven Client Partner / Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the NSW region, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing enterprise software opportunities within the acute healthcare sector, including public and private hospitals, health services, and diagnostic providers.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across NSW market.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities within public and private healthcare organisations.
* Build and maintain strong executive‐level relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, Digital Health leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
* Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, typically spanning 6–12+ months.
* Manage and respond to RFP and tender processes, particularly within government and large private health networks.
* Collaborate with clinical, technical, and product teams to develop tailored solution proposals.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and healthcare forums.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales.
* Proven success selling technology solutions into public or private acute healthcare environments.
* Strong understanding of hospital workflows and digital health transformation initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles and tender submissions.
* Experience engaging with senior executive stakeholders within healthcare organisations.
* Experience selling EMR, EHR, PAS, LIS, PACS, interoperability, or clinical information systems.
* Knowledge of NSW Health procurement frameworks.
* Understanding of Australian digital health standards and regulatory requirements.
Salary Package

$180K Base + Super + Comms. (OTE $300K)
