About Case Support Worker Roles
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to work as Case Support Workers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualised one-on-one support and assistance to at-risk youth, helping them gain nationally recognised skills and vocational qualifications. You will work closely with community members to provide information, advice, and referrals tailored to meet the specific needs of program participants.
As a Case Support Worker, your focus will be on undertaking client-focused casework while ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all program participants. This includes safeguarding their interests, promoting positive outcomes, and facilitating partnerships with key stakeholders.

* We require applicants to hold a minimum Certificate IV in youth work, community development/welfare, human services, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in the social and community sector.
* Demonstrated experience in case management roles is also essential, showcasing your ability to navigate complex situations and achieve desired outcomes.
