Responsibilities
* Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
* Be the expert: assist customers with travel‐related questions including visas, best travel times, packing, dining, what to avoid, and more.
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.
Qualifications
* Great organisational skills – able to take notes, manage your calendar well and respond quickly to phone calls and emails.
* A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help open up the world to our customers.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that make customers want to book with you every time.
* A savviness with computers, able to toggle between complex systems to find the right flight and package options.
