Project Administrator Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Principal Engineer and Project Managers in delivering projects successfully for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and team members to understand project scopes and undertake administrative functions.
* Understand project status and prepare administrative paperwork including application forms and other such documents.
* Track applications and submissions, following up with Authorities, Contractors, and team members proactively to drive great project outcomes.
* Support the team with contract administration functions, including progress claim review and preparation, general correspondence, and scheduling inspections.
* Take meeting minutes and records of meetings, finalizing and circulating minutes to attendees.
Requirements:
* A quick learner, problem solver, and determined individual who is able to follow up on tasks.
* High attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
