Job Title: Night Auditor
The Night Auditor is a critical role that ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions at our hotel.
Responsibilities:
* Audit and balance guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and reconciled.
* Perform daily auditing and balancing of guest accounts, preparing reports, and checking high balances.
* Assist with Room Service operations by answering calls, preparing and delivering trays, and maintaining service areas and equipment.
* Ensure accurate recording of shift receipts, balanced revenue journals, credit card settlements, and necessary reports.
* Maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. You should also be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and third parties.
