Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
You will also be responsible for wound management, developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting thorough health assessments, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents. You will be expected to maintain accurate medical records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable and passionate about delivering high-quality care
