Each day will be different handling;
- Ticket management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Hardware troubleshooting
- System setup & deployment and more
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience building custom PC's
- Tech savvy with a passion for all things IT
- Excellent communication & organisational skills and a great work ethic
