The Company
Our client is an organization that ranks among Victoria's most prominent community health providers. They are dedicated to fostering healthy and interconnected communities by providing a wide range of comprehensive services for individuals of all ages and life stages. They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to assist with their talent acquisition project on a Temporary basis for 12 months! With the potential to convert to a Fixed Term Contract.
The Role
Supporting the HR Team as well as the Program Manager with duties such as;
Provide timely day-to-day recruitment advice and support to hiring managers in relation to internal recruitment and selection process and on-boarding / induction
Drive the recruitment and selection process for hiring managers across the project including position description development, drafting vacancy advertisements, and posting advertisements
Liaise with the applicable parties to support and drive the onboarding process
Collate all recruitment paperwork, and forward all required documents to HR for processing
Liaise with the Facilities team and IT teams to make on-boarding arrangements
Ensure the employee on-boarding experience of new employees is adhered to and employees are inducted and oriented appropriately
Model and demonstrate constructive working relationships and information exchange across the organisation
Provide support for the HR Team, as required for the organisation
Provide recruitment advice and support on applicable policies and procedures
Actively participate in the HR Action plan and support the delivery on organisational-wide initiatives impacting on the project
Ad hoc duties as directed by HRBP
About You
You will have experience in end-to-end Recruitment
You will have experience using Microsoft Suite
You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
You will have exceptional problem solving, analytical skills
You will have positive communication both written and verbal
You will have exceptional attention to detail
You will be immediately available to commence work
You will have a current WWCC & Police check (desirable not necessary)
