Trainee Finance & Administration Assistant

About the role

Reporting to the Vehicle Administration Manager, your primary responsibilities in the role will include assisting the administration and finance team entry level with administrative duties.

Along with data entry, daily scanning of invoices and EFT's and preparation of dealer packs you will also be required to provide ad-hoc accounts payable and accounts receivable support.

Should you be attending starting university in the new year, we can accommodate part time working during your semesters. Alternatively, full time hours are available.

Skills and experience

This is an entry level role. No previous experience in finance or administration is required.

You will be a well presented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm along with a flexible and adaptable nature.

In addition, you will have strong communication skills with a confident phone manner and intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite.

You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise your workload to meet various deadlines.

On offer will be comprehensive internal training to ensure that you are provided with all the business knowledge to successfully fulfill the requirements of this role.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday, with the potential to support the successful applicant in transitioning to part-time to support future study or University commitments.
