This is a front‑of‑house leadership role where you’ll coach customer service, develop team capability, and help drive performance in a large regional store.
Role
* Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, run smoothly, and create a positive, engaging environment for the team.
* Serve as the customer experience and coaching lead, setting the rhythm and service standard and driving development and performance on the floor.
* Manage a team of up to 25, with 6–10 on the floor at any time, working alongside a small, collaborative leadership team.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and coaching experience (retail preferred, but not essential)
* Experience in customer‑centric roles and the ability to lead by example, delivering top‑tier service
* Confidence leading diverse teams with a natural ability to motivate and inspire others
* A goal‑driven mindset — you know how to lift standards and build capability
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security
