Market Research Field Interviewer – Observational Studies – Greater Sydney Region
As our Overnight Field Interviewer, you'll conduct observational assessments across various locations. You will collect accurate data using mobile tablet devices during shifts ranging from 3 to 6 hours, between 10:30pm and 6:00am, Monday to Friday. Safety and data accuracy are paramount in this role. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and meticulous attention to data quality.
Your key responsibilities
* Conduct observational studies and record findings accurately on mobile devices.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures.
* Travel to multiple locations during shifts using your own vehicle.
* Always maintain professional conduct and presentation.
Skills and attributes for success
* Availability for at least 3 nights per week, Monday to Friday, between 10:30pm and 6:00am.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to follow procedures with high accuracy and minimal errors.
* Comfortable working outdoors and on the move for the duration of shifts.
Additional desirable skills
* Full Australian driver's license with a safe driving record and access to a vehicle.
* Previous shift work experience and effective time management skills preferred.
* Understanding of quality standards in market research data is an advantage.
* RIW card is beneficial but not essential.
* Eligible to work in Australia.
