About the Role

* Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Management to facilitate efficient service delivery.
* Support the team by stepping into supervisory responsibilities when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
About You
* A customer-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated experience in resolving customer issues and providing timely, effective solutions.
* Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously—experience with Salesforce, online portals, and Excel is highly regarded.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
