**The Client**
Our client is a Top Tier National Property Owner who is seeking to appoint a Property Assistant to join their high-performing team and work in one of their highest performing Shopping Centres. In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.
**The Responsibilities**
- Directing enquiries from key stakeholders including tenants, contractors and customers
- Lease administration - new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments
- End of Month reporting including sales figures and foot traffic analysis
- Maintaining the lease tracker and managing the documents for new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments
- Arrears and Outgoings management
- Maintaining and reviewing the critical dates list and issuing letters for option windows
- Adhoc administration duties as required such as liaising contractors for insurances and managing the security register
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in the commercial/retail property industry IDEAL but not essential
- Experience in an administrative role with conflicting priorities
- Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Accounts admin experience ideal but not essential
- A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving
- A team player
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
