About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors for permanent opportunities located in Midland and Claravale, Perth. These roles operate on a Monday to Friday roster with optional Saturday overtime available. You will be responsible for supervising civil construction activities across major infrastructure and land development projects.
What You Will Be Doing
* Oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities across active project sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
* Supervise site crews and subcontractors, liaising with project managers and engineering teams.
* Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments, and monitor project progress across roads, drainage, utilities and bulk earthworks.
* Maintain strong HSE and quality control standards while ensuring work aligns with construction timelines and engineering requirements.
What You Will Need
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role
* Experience within land development or subdivision projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage or underground utilities
* Construction White Card
* Current WA Manual Driver's Licence
* Strong understanding of site safety, hazard identification and risk assessments
* Experience supervising subcontractors and site crews
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications
* Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
Other details: Company vehicle, fuel card, phone and iPad provided. Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week with optional Saturday overtime. Permanent positions available, Midland and Claravale locations.
