Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Remediation Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and remediating client records in an Oracle-based system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and remediate client records in an Oracle-based system.
* Identify and document data required for a dedicated training environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, attending meetings and calling stakeholders as needed.
* Undertake tasks to support delivery of project outcomes.
* Perform additional administrative functions as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to undertake highly repetitive tasks.
* Knowledge or prior experience with Oracle-based platforms is an asset but training will be provided.
* Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in healthcare or aged care is ideal.
* Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
* Initiative and ability to work independently, with limited supervision within a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenges with tight timeframes.
