Operations and Projects Manager
This role entails leading operations and projects across various regions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in commercial operations, logistics, or maintenance contracting within heavy industrial environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Champion standardised planning tools, oversee implementation of VMB, and facilitate resource optimisation to ensure efficiency and safety.
* Project Management: Manage the operational execution, provide risk control and reporting, interface with teams for regional projects, and lead operational input to bids and tenders.
* Safety & Compliance: Drive safety standards, monitor operator training levels, and enhance compliance metrics including performance.
* Team Development: Support team members in professional development, enhancing their capabilities and outcomes.
* Customer Engagement: Act as a key interface post-award, increasing connectivity and ensuring operational excellence.
* Branch Support: Provide coverage for absent team leaders during absences.
