The Role
Our Young facility is seeking a Full Time Enrolled Nurse to work across Morning and Afternoon shifts. Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation provided!
As An Enrolled Nurse You Will
* Provide assistance and support to the Registered Nurse with the below:
* Provide nursing care in accordance with consumer's care plan
* Participate in consumer care consultations in collaboration with SCC staff, allied health, medical practitioners and consumer representatives.
* Complete documentation pertaining to the provision of consumer care.
* Communicate critical information regarding consumer's condition, needs and preferences.
Requirements
* AHPRA-registered with at least 1 year of experience.
* Medication endorsed
* Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including older people, staff, volunteers and visitors
* High level written communication skills - care documentation
* Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills
* Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
