Opportunity to join a well-established global business supporting a busy finance team. This is a temp role with the potential to become permanent.
The role
Reporting into the finance function, you'll provide administrative support to the team including:
* Raising invoices
* Reconciliations
* Managing documentation and records
* Assisting with supplier and customer set-ups
* Supporting month-end and year-end processes
* General office administration and data entry
* Liaising and supporting across the team
The Person
* Previous experience in finance or administration support
* Excellent attention to detail and a solutions focussed approach
* Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
* Inquisitive and keen to learn
* Good sense of humour
This role is offered on an initial 2-3 month temp basis, is site based with working hours 08.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
