About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Merchants Account Manager based in Adelaide to cover the QLD region. You will be responsible for selling and providing outstanding service to our merchant network, promoting our diverse product range, and providing sales and technical support.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, sales-driven, and career-focused individual passionate about building strong customer relationships. Full training in our sales process will be provided to ensure your long-term success. Experience in retail plumbing, pumps, or water management sales is essential.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain and grow an established customer base
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to respond to customer inquiries
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in water management, pumps, or plumbing retail sales
* Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
* Strong relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for success
* Willingness to learn a proven sales methodology
* Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice, including extended hours
* Clear Class C Driver's License
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* CRM experience (D365) is an advantage
* Plumbing/construction sales experience is highly desirable
