Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to provide operational and administrative support within the service delivery area.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Provide analytical support in participant record analysis using policies, practice guidance, and legislation to make informed funding decisions.

* Work collaboratively with participants and their representatives through telephone communication to identify current circumstances and spending patterns.
">
* Develop high-quality records, including competency with IT systems, adhering to process guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
">
* Research and review decisions while managing moderately complex cases with assistance from staff at higher classification levels.
">
* Complete administrative and data entry tasks related to participants.
">
* Contribute to achieving key performance indicators, including planning targets.
">
Requirements:
">
* Proven work experience in a similar role.
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
">
* Ability to manage difficult conversations.
">
* Competent IT and data analytical skills.
">
* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
">
* Work independently but also effectively as part of a team.
">
* Ability to manage multiple participant records at once.
">
* Must be able to work from an office during training period.
">
* Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.

* An understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability is highly desirable.
