Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Level Residential Site Supervisor for a full‑time, on‑site position located in the northern corridor area. The builds you would be managing are located in & around Morayfield, Caboolture, Burpengary & Strathpine. Candidates are preferred to reside close to one of these locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
- Deliver quality homes on schedule, while liaising with clients and stakeholders, overseeing progress, and resolving on‑site challenges.
Qualifications
- Must have experience and knowledge in using Onsite Companion for scheduling and issuing call‑ups.
- Strong site management experience within the residential construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional rapport with clients, tradespeople, and stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure projects adhere to compliance, timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Problem‑solving skills with the ability and confidence to make effective & fast decisions on site.
- Relevant certifications and licences required for site supervision and construction in Queensland.
- Valid Manual Queensland driver’s licence.
