Full-time
A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday).
Salary - $75,000pa - $85,000pa + Superannuation
Location: 14-16, Hercules Drive, Direk SA 5110
The Position
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations within the company, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and communicate financial analytical reports.
* Distinguish the total manufacturing cost from direct and indirect costs to support financial decision making.
* Lead the monthly financial close process and oversee daily accounting operations, including the preparation, reconciliation and review of income statements, balance sheets and other key financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant financial standards.
* Provide the Finance Team with ongoing financial support, making sure important monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives are met.
* Provide possibilities for continuous improvement in a variety of finance processes and design, implement, and manage internal controls.
* Prepare forecasts and budgets to evaluate overall performance and manage liquidity position.
* Assist with the financial statement preparation, year-end reporting, and audit procedures.

Desired Competencies
* Finance Management tertiary qualification or similar
