Position Overview
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives on performance, experimentation and growth.
You'll be responsible for acquiring, converting and scaling high-quality leads through paid and organic channels across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.
This role suits someone who's both analytical and creative.
You love testing – not just ads, but creative angles, headlines, offers, and CTAs; measuring what works and finding ways to continuously improve.
You'll collaborate closely with our Creative and Copy teams to deliver campaigns that perform and evolve with every iteration.
This role is based at our Bendigo headquarters, where our marketing, design, and manufacturing teams collaborate closely.
However, we're open to applicants who prefer to work from our Melbourne studio, with regular visits to Bendigo for key meetings and collaboration days.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Creative and Copy teams to ensure campaigns clearly communicate each offer
Test and refine creative, messaging, headlines, CTAs and landing pages to improve performance
Manage analytics, tracking and reporting alongside the Analytics team to generate insights and recommendations
Continuously optimise campaigns and scale what works
Explore new platforms, tools and opportunities to expand reach and efficiency
Balance campaigns across multiple regions, applying local learnings and market nuances
Conduct SEO keyword research and competitive analysis
Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation and digital advertising, applying learnings to improve results
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum three years' experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest Ads
Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, GMB, Looker Studio and SEMrush
Experience with conversion tracking and CRM integration
Data-driven mindset with strong creative and collaboration skills
Experience in direct-response or offer-based marketing approaches (e.g. Hormozi-style offers)
