Join an Exciting Project as a Desktop Support Engineer - On-going contract

We are seeking a skilled Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join an ambitious project supporting a leading client in the civil engineering and construction space.

This organisation is renowned for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that shape communities and drive innovation.

If you're passionate about IT support and thrive on different client sites, this role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise.

Working Hours - 8:30am-4:30pm

Location: 2x office locations
Broadmeadow 2292 - 3 days
Kangy Angy 2258 - 2 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive IT support to VIPs, Executive Assistants, and other team members, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 applications and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and support of iOS devices using mobile device management tools.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar platforms to log, track, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and video conferencing systems.
- Provide remote assistance using tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Protocol to resolve user issues quickly.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Apply basic cybersecurity principles to ensure a secure IT environment.
- Support cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS for storage and application needs.
- Manage and deploy software using tools like SCCM and Intune.
- Ensure data integrity through proper backup and recovery processes.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of IT assets across locations.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on printers and video conferencing room systems.
- Handle escalated incidents and ensure proper resolution in a timely manner.

We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running with solid technical expertise, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Prior experience in a fast-paced project or engineering environment is a plus.
