What you’ll be doing
• Supporting fabricators across QLD and SA with both current and new software, as part of the wider Multinail team dedicated to these regions
• Installing, updating, and helping teams get the most from our systems
• Travelling regularly to customer sites — no two weeks will ever look the same
• Acting as the vital link between customers and our software team
• Growing your own skills as the industry moves forward
What you’ll bring
• A sound understanding of construction methods and processes, including how houses and buildings are assembled and structurally put together
• Experience using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software and confidence navigating technology
• Strong problem-solving skills — you enjoy working through challenges and finding solutions
• Transparent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
• A driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly
• Experience as a detailer or estimator is desirable but not essential
