About the Role:
Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experience Security Guards to join the Corporate Services team at Echuca Regional Health. This position is a hybrid role that includes security support, patient transfer assistance and the provision of waste management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Work both individually and within a team to deliver high quality security services across all ERH grounds, including the security of patients, visitors and staff
* Report security related incidents in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
* Participate in Code Grey, Code Black and Code Brown response teams
* Complete cleaning duties within the Emergency Department, provide patient transfers and waste removal as required
* Respond to threats and dangers, including moving staff, patients and visitors to safety
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
Qualifications/experience required:
* Formal Security Qualifications
* Current Victorian Security License
Desirable:
* Two years' experience in a similar role
