**The team you'll be part of**
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
Reporting Directly to the Head of Nokia in Oceania, the Senior Executive Assistant will complete a wide variety of administrative and select marketing communications activities including but not limited to the following (this is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive):
- Organise and manage internal events, social activities and volunteering efforts
- Manage an active calendar of appointments and understand priority / urgency and reorganize appropriately.
- Communicating professionally in writing and verbally across all levels of the company and externally.
- Conserves the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Make travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and provided the needed confirmations.
- Arrange meetings with many people and sometimes numerous competing schedules. Help organize and communicate agendas.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality with internal and external customers of Nokia.
- Compose, prepare, and proofread correspondence and presentations that are sometimes confidential.
- Prepare documents for meetings, format for review and signature.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Must be proactive and take initiative in seeing tasks to completion
- Work directly with external vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Prepare and track expense reports including the reconciliation all credit card receipts
- Establishing strong network with other internal assistants as well as assistants on customer side
- Other essential duties and responsibilities as required.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interface with customers and employees at all levels using written and verbal communication.- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Be effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Desire and ability to work as a team member
- Possess judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers as well the ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary information
- Be able to absorb quickly, be exactingly precise, be able to adapt readily all with mínimal direction
- Have the ability to manage multiple assignments while remaining, calm, professional, and organized
