Main Responsibilities:
* Food Presentation Specialist: Ensure meal presentation specifications are met using our visual guides by handling food, plating meals, and preparing meal trays.
* Culinary Support Team Member: Assist Chefs with light cooking and knife work to help prepare bulk meals according to standards.
* Catering Quality Controller: Audit the overall quality and presentation of all meals to ensure uniformity and adherence to standards.
* Inventory Management Specialist: E efficently stock airline carts with dry store items including equipment, packaged snacks, water, beverages; load/unload wash lines ensuring cleanliness of cutlery,crockery,glassware is maintained at highest levels .
