Our client is seeking a skilled Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join their team in a full time permanent role. You’ll be based full-time on-site with one of their key clients based in Mermaid Beach. This is a fast-paced MSP-style environment where your expertise will make an immediate impact—backed by their senior technical team for escalation and support.ou’ll be the first point of contact for all things IT, keeping a busy professional office running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

- Providing Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, networks, and printers
- Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues in real time
- Managing and closing helpdesk tickets effectively using MSP tools
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding staff and maintaining accurate asset registers
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments, Teams, and collaboration platforms
- Coordinating with the MSP team for escalations and project work

The role is suited to:

Someone who has already had some exposure to IT support or MSP environments and thrives in high-energy workplaces. You will be confident troubleshooting common IT issues whilst knowing when to escalate. Most importantly, you will be also be passionate about IT, process-driven, and looking for long-term growth in the industry.

We are seeking a skilled candidate that meets the following criteria:

- 1–3+ years’ experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, networking basics, and hardware support.
- Strong communication and people skills—this is a client-facing role.
- Reliable transport to the Mermaid Beach office.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset—you can handle curveballs and keep the office productive.
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are highly regarded but not essential if you have the experience.
- Ability to obtain a Police Check prior to employment
