To provide administrative support to a team ensuring the efficient delivery of clinical services.
The role involves maintaining professional standards in data and personal information integrity, confidentiality and quality at all times. This includes responding to calls from patients, relatives, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders using tact, diplomacy and discretion. The successful candidate will also assist in developing and implementing effective administrative systems, performance reports and business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have high level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. They must also be experienced in Microsoft Office and able to operate various software programs with a high degree of accuracy. Additionally, the candidate should possess first class problem solving and analytical skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.
