Step into an exciting career with our vibrant Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team as a Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst, where you'll support the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) program at Swartz Barracks, Oakey, Queensland.

**What you need to know**
- Hourly rate: Competitive renumeration package plus Superannuation and incentive plan, based on experience.
- Roster: Day shift with potential for flexible working arrangements, as agreed with manager.
- Initial travel for training in Nowra, NSW, may also be necessary.
- Parking and canteen facilities available onsite.
- Relocation assistance available for the right applicant.
**The skills needed for success include**
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, aviation experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with maintenance management systems (cMRO an advantage or CAMM2).
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication with co-workers.
- Proven initiative and effective task prioritization under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience working in a safety critical environment.
**Necessary requirements**
- Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 AGSVA clearance
