Position Profile
WACHS – South West is looking for Clinical Pharmacists to join the Pharmacy team across our Bunbury and Busselton sites.
These roles promote safe, rational and cost-effective drug therapy by providing clinical pharmacy services for hospital patients throughout the South West region.
Responsibilities include medication reconciliation for admitted hospital patients, monitoring the patient's medication profile, dispensing medications, providing drug information to nursing and medical staff, and making independent decisions on therapeutic strategies to optimise patient care.
Professional Alignment
Your practice as a Pharmacist will align to the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines, including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct for Registered Health Practitioners, and WACHS policies and guidelines.

Eligibility & Conditions
