We are seeking a friendly, effective and courteous Customer Experience Consultant to join our vibrant team.
Our incredible consultants are the first point of contact with our customers, meaning the types of calls they get in a day are nice and wide-ranging – there is never a dull moment!
The Role
As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will:
Be responsible for inbound and outbound calls and online appointments
Lead conversations confidently and secure appointments
Process service bookings and customer queries
Demonstrate a genuine desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Positive attitude
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with the Automotive Industry (desirable not essential)
