Logistics Operations Leader
The Logistics Operations Leader plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end operations, balancing hands-on management with strategic transformation and safety.
* Operational Effectiveness: Manage daily operations (receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch), ensure inventory accuracy, meet service goals, drive cost control, monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and oversee administrative accuracy.
* Leadership & People Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; drive workforce planning, training, and succession; foster a culture aligned with performance and accountability values; promote communication and teamwork.
* Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency; manage transformation projects including WMS Manhattan and automation; apply Lean methodologies to optimize processes.
The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience in high-volume retail and/or FMCG warehousing, strong commercial acumen, communication, computer, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
