You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services for participants, ensuring that the organisation's values, mission, and goals are upheld.

Education & Experience* Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 + years in a similar role.
* Extensive experience in senior management and leadership roles, with a focus on driving organisational growth and development within the disability services or healthcare sector.
* Proven track record in strategic leadership, fostering innovation, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
* In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards, with a strong ability to navigate the complexities of the sector.
* Demonstrated success in managing large, diverse teams and optimising operational performance.
* Experience with budgeting, financial management, and overseeing multi-functional teams to deliver quality services.
