Your Opportunity
You'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering personalized care as a qualified Occupational Therapist in a community setting.
Leverage your OT expertise to provide clinical and therapeutic interventions supporting positive health and well-being outcomes for clients.
You will be guided by clinical treatment pathways to achieve optimal rehabilitation and help clients meet their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with clients referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private Funding.
* We set achievable and realistic billable KPIs to ensure success.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to improve clients' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
* Adapt and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of Plena and community-based providers while working within the scope of Occupational Therapy practice.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and a National Police Check.
