We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Cluster Procurement Manager to join our dedicated team at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane.

Role Overview:
As the Cluster Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of purchasing operations at The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our hotel maintains high service standards, maximizes profitability, and addresses operational needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchasing activities to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and quality standards.
- Obtain at comparable quotations for major purchases to secure competitive pricing and quality assurance.
- Work closely with department managers to assess and meet their procurement needs.
- Verify that all purchased items meet the company's and hotel's quality standards.
- Keep accurate documentation, including backup information, guarantees, and warranties for new assets.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships to enhance procurement effectiveness.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods upon arrival in alignment with HACCP.
- Uphold company values and carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing / Procurement Manager position or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in people management.
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing procedures and best practices in the Accommodation and Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward procurement challenges.
