About the Role
You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project team to manage the coordination and administration of construction projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and will be eager to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and documentation
Liaise with councils and authorities for approvals and permits
Maintain accurate project records and support compliance
Organise progress meetings and issue minutes
Assist in developing improved project systems and practices
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years' local experience in construction coordination or administration (ideally in multi-residential projects)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Google Workspace; Jobpac or Field View experience an advantage
Proactive, can-do attitude
