Are you passionate about women's health and ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Nursing Assistant or Enrolled Nurse to join our growing multidisciplinary women's health team.
At Full Circle Care Women's Health Centre, we provide holistic, respectful and collaborative care for women at every stage of life. Our team includes Women's Health GPs, Gynaecologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Psychologists — all committed to empowering women through education, choice, and exceptional healthcare.
Your New Role
You'll play a vital part in supporting our clinical team and ensuring every woman feels informed, cared for and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with patient care under the direction of our clinical team
* Supporting women during consultations and minor procedures
* Preparing and maintaining consultation rooms, equipment, and stock
* Accurately updating patient records and supporting compliance (Xestro, PRODA)
* General administrative and clinical support to keep the patient flow smooth and efficient including oversight of our recall system.
* Pre and Post Operative Support to our patients
* Sterilising of Instruments
* Backup our Reception Team in busy times, so bonus if you have some medical administration experience

What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or Diploma of Nursing (EN)
* Current AHPRA registration (for ENs)
* Experience in women's health, gynaecology or primary care highly regarded
* Confident using medical software and technology
* Excellent communication and patient-care skills
* A team-focused approach with a passion for women's health empowerment
