Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Engagement Coordinator to support adults and children living with disability in achieving their goals.
* Nurture relationships with external stakeholders, service providers, clients, and care team members to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.
* Maintain and grow service hours while maximizing individual funding plans through effective time management and goal-oriented strategies.
* Build positive rapport with external customers, such as NDIS Support Coordinators, to ensure seamless communication and partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client-facing experience in the healthcare sector with a passion for networking and stakeholder engagement, including rostering experience and skills in building strong relationships.
* Ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines, with a high degree of understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* A strong commitment to supporting individuals with disability and their families to achieve their desired outcomes, while maintaining a focus on quality services and continuous improvement.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to disability services, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
