Stockland are currently looking for a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst/Tester to join our Technology department based out of the Sydney Head Office. This is an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to learn and progress their early career. The role will be suitable for a Graduate with corporate experience and understanding of Salesforce or someone with 6 month – 1 year experience. The Junior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for the gathering of business requirements for the development and enhancement of Stockland's Salesforce Platform and related applications and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing test cases to ensure high quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops with SME's across business functions to obtain requirements Document business requirements using Stockland tools Work closely with development team to prioritise and clarify requirements Write test cases for testing execution Support relevant phases of test work including system integration testing and user acceptance testing Maintaining automated test scripts Support the development of relevant training material Provide support between user and technical teams About you: Junior Business Analyst experience ideally with the Salesforce platform and related applications Previous testing experience ideally across CRM platforms Agile project experience will be highly regarded Strong oral and written communication skills Stakeholder management capability between project, business and technical teams Attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to multitask The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
